Each fall, the CMTA sponsors a theme recital for students in grades 1-12. Recent themes have included Contemporary Music: 20th and 21st century composers, Baroque Composers, Dances, and the Classical Style. The recitals provide an opportunity for students of all levels to perform and to listen to other students in other studios perform.

The 2011 Recital is on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 1:30 pm at the Colonnades, featuring music in the Baroque Style. This includes traditional Baroque compositions as well as improvisation with elements of Baroque style. We are also encouraging students to perform their own original work composed in the Baroque style.

The recital is opened to the students of all CMTA members.
